<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance method, a guidance control device and a program for reducing guide time without lowering the quality of guide. <P>SOLUTION: A guide control device stores a guide ending position where a plurality of users who are guided to a destination have finished using a guide by each destination. A route to the destination is created and simultaneously a route guide is created in order. Using the stored guide ending position, the guide control device guides users sequentially until a certain ratio of users reach a point where they finish using the guide.
