<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly communication terminal device used for a facsimile communication system in which an instruction of processing to be performed by a receiving-side communication terminal device can be given, as TSI information, from a transmission-source communication terminal device to the receiving-side communication terminal device in facsimile transmission. <P>SOLUTION: In the facsimile transmission, an operation display control unit 204 controls an operation display unit 221 to display an instruction selection screen for selecting a processing to be performed by a receiving-side communication terminal device. A TSI information setting part 201 selects an instruction code corresponding to the instruction processing selected from the instruction selection screen by referring to a code table and sets the same to TSI information.
