<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging die holder including a resistance heater efficiently heating a die via the die holder when warm forging or hot forging is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The die holder 1 is for holding a die 4 used in a forging press P for performing warm forging or hot forging. The die holder 1 has heater mounting holes 22a, 32a into which resistance heaters 5 are inserted, sensor mounting holes 22b, 32b into which temperature sensors 6 are inserted, and guide portions 23, 33 disposed on both end portions of holder surfaces 22e, 32e of holders 22, 32 for supporting back surfaces 4d, 4d of the foregoing die 4 to support side surfaces 4a, 4b of the foregoing die 4 located therebetween on both sides thereof.
