<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easily and inexpensively producible sintered machine components combining silentness, low torque and high durability, and to provide a method for producing thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The sintered machine components are composed of a sintered metal whose surface is provided with an opening part, and the sintered metal is impregnated with liquid grease having a worked penetration of ≥400. The sintered metal is at least one selected from copper-based, iron-based and iron-copper alloy-based sintered metals. The surface opening ratio of the sintered metal is 20 to 35%. In the liquid grease, a base oil is blended with a thickener by 0.5 to 5 wt.% based on the whole of the grease, and the thickener in the liquid grease is made of metallic soap or an urea compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
