<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deviating vehicle determination device to precisely determine a deviation of a vehicle from a plurality of vehicles moving in a raw. <P>SOLUTION: In a situation where an own vehicle is driving with a plurality of other vehicles in a row, based on a physical quantity (for example a yaw angle) representing a lateral direction movement of the own vehicle and a physical quantity (for example a yaw angle) representing the lateral direction movement of a plurality of other vehicles, the device calculates a statistical value on the physical quantity (for example an average of yaw angle), judges whether or not a deviation of the physical quantity representing the lateral direction movement of each vehicle from the statistical value is larger than a threshold, and determines the vehicle having the deviation larger than the threshold as a vehicle deviating from the row. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
