<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture control sheet having good productivity and excellent shape retention with which a gas diffusion sheet, superior in gas diffusion property, and drainage property for generated water, can be manufactured, and the gas diffusion sheet, a film-electrode assembly, and a solid polymer fuel cell using the moisture control sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the moisture control sheet formed by charging a conductive agent and a water-repellent material in a non-carbonized porous base sheet which is not carbonized after being formed, and disposed, for use, between a catalyst layer and a conductive diffusion base of a solid polymer fuel cell, wherein a pore distribution has peaks within ranges of pore diameters of 1 μm-120 μm and 5 nm-1 μm, the capacity of pores of 1 μm-120 μm in pore diameter is 20-40% of total capacity of pores, and the capacity of pores of 1 nm-120 μm in pore diameter is 80-60% of the total capacity of pores.
