<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield conductor capable of suppressing deterioration of shield performance. <P>SOLUTION: A shield conductor 10 comprises: a plurality of flat wires 11a to 11c; a braided wire 20 which is formed by weaving metal wires in a mesh form and entirely covers the plurality of the flat wires 11A to 11C; a wire holding member 30 which integrally holds the plurality of the flat wires 11A to 11C so as to tightly adhere to the outer periphery of each flat wire 11A to 11C.
