<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-ray inspection device which can improve the accuracy in determining if there is any excess or deficiency in the content of an inspection target. <P>SOLUTION: An x-ray inspection device includes: an x-ray irradiator 22 which irradiates an x-ray to an inspection target W conveyed one after another; an x-ray detector 23 which detects a transmission amount of x-ray that penetrates the inspection target W; and a controller 24. The controller 24 functions as: volume calculation means which calculates a content volume of the inspection target W based on the transmission amount of x-ray detected by the x-ray detector 23; excess/deficiency determination means which determines whether or not the inspection target W is an acceptable product with no excess or deficiency in its content based on whether or not the volume calculated by the volume calculation means is within an allowable volume range; and allowable range change means which changes the allowable volume range based on the content volume calculated by the volume calculation means, with respect to each one of a predetermined number of inspection targets having been delivered recently, out of the targets determined acceptable by the excess/deficiency determination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
