TRANSFORMED DWARF PLANTS

摘要

PURPOSE: An RNA interfering recombinant vector to dwf3 is provided to produce a transgenic plant as an ornamental plant. CONSTITUTION: An RNA interfering recombinant vector for plant expression contains a herbicide resistant selection marker, a promoter, a terminator, and a spacer. The promoter is operatively linked to sense sequence for RNA interference of dwf3 gene and antisense thereof between the spaces. The recombinant vector is pFGC5941-DWF3. A microorganism is transformed by the recombinant vector. The transformed microorganism is Agrobacterium tumefaciens. A transgenic plant is prepared by the recombinant vector.
