PURPOSE: A real-time video controlling method of a monitoring camera is provided to transmit the search information and real-time video to a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: Position information is stored in a server according to a GPS(Global Positioning System) coordinate of a monitoring camera(1). A client is installed in a mobile device. An ordering list is generated in the server. Distribution information is distributed to a video recognition module through the server. The vision recognition module transmits an event signal to the server through the analysis of an input video. The server transmits the event signal to the mobile device. The mobile device shares the video through the monitoring camera.
