<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink for substrate surface treatment capable of forming a micro-lens having small variations of a pattern diameter and height on a substrate by an inkjet method. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink contains tri-functional (meth)acrylate (A), mono-functional (meth)acrylate (B), photo-polymerization initiator (C) and surfactant (D) having a light-crosslinkable function group. A contact angle of water measured at 25°C of a surface of the cured film obtained by coating the substrate with the composition and irradiating it with UV ray at an exposure amount of 2,000 mJ/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is 90° or higher and viscosity at 25°C is 1-200 mPa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
