<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission power control method and a mobile station apparatus that allow an appropriate control on the transmission power of the mobile station apparatus having a plurality of transmission antennas. <P>SOLUTION: An uplink transmission power control for a mobile station apparatus having a plurality of transmission antennas comprises: a step for measuring a path loss (PL) for at least one of the plurality of transmission antennas; a step for setting a representative path loss (PL') based on the measured path loss; a step for determining the total transmission power (P<SB POS="POST">TX</SB>) of the mobile station apparatus based on the representative path loss (PL'); and a step for determining the transmission power (P<SB POS="POST">TXn</SB>) of each transmission antenna by allocating the total transmission power (P<SB POS="POST">TX</SB>) among the plurality of transmission antennas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
