<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a no-signal state with respect to a certain terminal device without stopping communications between other terminal devices and a base station apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A base station apparatus 100 is provided with a multi-user MIMO signal generation part 207 which is input with a null symbol for generating a no-signal state (a symbol indicating an original point on a signal point arrangement of a modulation symbol) with respect to a first terminal device and modulation symbols for second to fourth terminal devices, subjects the respective modulation symbols and the null symbol input to a signal processing based on CSI for the respective terminal devices acquired by a CSI acquisition part 226, and generates a multi-user MIMO symbol for each of antennas of an antenna part 224 used for transmission.
