<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical and multiple-row packaging machine capable of preventing a lateral wrinkle from being generated in a lateral seal portion when packaging in multiple rows. <P>SOLUTION: In the vertical and multiple-row packaging machine, cylindrical portions 7b are formed in parallel with two laminated films 1 in multiple rows, the cylindrical portions 7b are heated and sealed by a lateral seal bar in the lateral direction, and a lateral seal portion 7c across the whole width is repeatedly formed in each cylindrical portion 7b at intervals in the longitudinal direction, so that a great number of packaging bags 7d are made. An object to be packaged is fed on each row of cylindrical portion 7b from above between forming one of the lateral seal portions 7c on each row of the cylindrical portion 7b and forming the lateral seal portion 7c above the same so that the object to be packaged is packed into the packaging bag. The vertical and multiple-row packaging machine includes a film tension means for tensing the laminated film 1 in the lateral direction, moving downward together with the laminated film 1 while the lateral seal bar is heating, a lifting and moving means for lifting and moving the film tension means, and cutting and dividing means positioned on the downside of the lateral seal bar for cutting and dividing the laminated film 1 into a multiple row. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
