<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow ventilation treatment to be subjected after the ventilation time suitable for the capacity of a sample container to be used is automatically set in an automatic sampler enabling sampling using the sample container having various capacities. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic sampler includes a sample conveying mechanism 2, a sampling part 4, a ventilation part 6, a control part 8, and a capacity input means 16. The control part 8 controls operation of the sample conveying mechanism 2, the sampling part 4 and the ventilation part 6, and includes ventilation time setting means 10 and ventilation control means 12. The ventilation time setting means 10 is constituted so that the corresponding ventilation time is selected from among the ventilation times for every capacity of the pre-set sample container according to the capacity of the sample container to be subjected to the ventilation treatment, and the ventilation time is set to the automatic sampler. In the ventilation control means 12, the ventilation part 6 is controlled so that the ventilation treatment for a period of time set by the ventilation time setting means 10 is applied to each sample container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
