PURPOSE: An installing apparatus of an anti-falling net is provided to conveniently installing an anti-falling net in the outside of a constructing building. CONSTITUTION: An installing apparatus of an anti-falling net comprises a plurality of bases(10), a mounting bracket(20), a vertical bar(31), a tilting bar(32), a railing member(33), a holder member(34) and a connecting bar(35). A plurality of bases is installed at a constant interval along the outside of a building. The mounting bracket is installed on the top of each base and comprises a pair of sidewall members(21,22) and a tilt support member(23). In the vertical bar, the mounting bracket is installed. The railing member is inserted in the vertical bar. The holder member is separably inserted in the tilting bar. The connecting bar is fixed along the outside of the building to the building side and is securely connected to the base.
