<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device used as a display apparatus for personal computers, the device enabling improved keyboard operation while an operator is looking at an image displayed on a display panel of a display unit, and improved touch panel operation to a touch panel of the display unit. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 1 comprises: a display unit 3 with a first hinge part 4 attached on its back face; a pedestal 2 with a second hinge part 5 attached on its top face; a first link member 7 and a second link member 8 to connect the pedestal 2 and the display unit 3; and a guide member 6 linearly displaceable in the vertical direction with respect to a display panel along the top face of the pedestal 2.
