摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas composition detection system capable of detecting composition of a gas consisting of a plurality of components. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: container having a fixed volume; a cooling unit to cool down a test gas held in the container; pressure detection means to detect a pressure of the test gas in the container; and temperature detection means to detect a temperature of the test gas in the container. The test gas filled into the container with a plurality of components and a fixed volume is cooled down by the cooling unit. A reduction of the pressure due to a condensation of the respective components in the test gas during a cooling down process is detected by the pressure detection means. The temperature at the time when the reduction of the pressure occurs is detected by the temperature detection means. Then, the condensed component is identified based on the detected temperature and a ratio of the condensed component to the test gas is calculated based on the detected reduction of the pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
