A method, device and system for mobility paging are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. Wherein, the method for mobility paging includes that: mobility management net element pages a Machine Type Communications MTC terminal in a first paging area; when paging the MTC terminal in the first paging area fails, pages an MTC terminal in a second paging area, the second paging area does not include the range of the first paging area. In the embodiment of the present invention, after paging the MTC terminal in a certain paging area fails, the mobility management net element continues to page the MTC terminal in other paging areas except for the paged area, the paging mode can avoid paging in the paged area repeatedly, and the paging mode is beneficial to reduce the waste of paging channel resource, thus improving the whole capability of the system.
