<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an adsorbent capable of safely and securely adsorbing histamine contained in a liquid food as there is no technology for safely and securely removing histamine contained in the liquid food though conventional technologies for manufacturing liquid foods to reduce histamine are disclosed. <P>SOLUTION: The histamine adsorbent includes one or a plurality of components selected from a group of bentonite, active carbon and diatom earth as main components, and adsorbs histamine contained in the liquid food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
