摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery control device and a storage battery control method that are actualized at low cost by suppressing a width of output variation per unit time of an electric generator and also reducing a watt-hour capacity of a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: The storage battery control system comprises: an electric generator 3 linked to an electric power system, a storage battery 4 for short-period smoothing; one or more storage batteries 5 for long-period smoothing; a short-period smoothing command computing unit 21 which generates a smoothing command signal for smoothing short-period output variation; a long-period smoothing command computing unit 31 which generates a second smoothing command signal for smoothing long-period output variation, an output controller 24 which controls the charging and discharging amount of the storage battery 4; and an output controller 34 which controls the charging and discharging amount of the storage battery 5. The output controller 24 controls the charging and discharging amount of the storage battery 4 when the storage battery 5 can not follow the control of the output controller 34 so as to compensate for a charging and discharging amount by which the storage battery 5 can not follow, and the output controller 34 controls the charging and discharging amount of the storage battery 5 when the storage battery 4 can not follow the control of the output controller 24 so as to compensate for a charging and discharging amount by which the storage battery 4 can not follow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
