<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixing apparatus capable of mixing gas such as air into water of about city water pressure at a low cost with simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixing apparatus 1 includes a housing 6 always supplied with water from a water supply port 6a and filled with water inside, and a pipe 8 provided penetrating the housing 6, supplied with compressed gas and provided with a through hole 8b in the outer periphery in a position in the housing 6.
