<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoresis display device that is capable of responding to environment temperature variation, is excellent in a sealing property and has high reliability, and to provide a manufacturing method with high product reliability that is capable of excellently manufacturing the electrophoresis display device without causing cracks and breaks on an end of a substrate, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophoresis display device 100 includes a first substrate 4 and a second substrate 2, an electrophoresis layer 31 held by the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 2, a first member 7 that is disposed between the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 2 and surrounds the periphery of the electrophoresis layer 31, and a second member 12 that is disposed further outside than the first member 7 and between the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 2 and has more flexibility than the first member 7 does.
