Disclosed is a server device comprising: a storage unit for receiving content storage instruction information from a mobile terminal via a packet transfer device in a mobile network and, if a content stream or content file is received, stores the content stream or content file; a virtual client unit for reading, decoding and reproducing the content stream or content file stored in the storage unit and generating a display screen upon receiving content reproduction instruction information from the mobile terminal; and an encoder unit for transmitting the encoding results obtained by compression encoding part or all of the display screen as a packet to the packet transfer device. Consequently, it is possible to use content without changing mobile terminals, even if the amount of content on the mobile network increases.
