<p>An automatic coating machine is disclosed. The automatic coating machine comprises a frame (10), a vacuum absorption device (11) provided on the frame (10), a wet film preparing device (12) provided above the vacuum absorption device (11), and a linear driving device connected with the wet film preparing device (12). Further, the automatic coating machine comprises sliding blocks (13), a connecting element (14) and tension control elements (15). The sliding blocks (13) are symmetrically provided at each side of the frame (10) and slidably connected with the frame (10). Two ends of the wet film preparing device (12) are respectively engaged into one respective end of the sliding blocks (13). Each of the tension control elements (15) has a fixed part (151) and an elastic part (152) extending from the fixed part (151). The elastic parts (152) of the tension control elements (15) are respectively fixedly connected with each end of the connecting element (14), and the fixed parts (151) of the tension control elements (15) are respectively fixedly connected with the other respective end of the sliding blocks (13). The automatic coating machine can prevent the wet film preparing device from dithering during coating, thus uniformly applying paint or ink on a material surface, so that coating quality and coating precision can be improved.</p> |
