<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a oscillation power generating device capable of easily setting a resonance frequency of a power generating device according to the resonance frequency unique to an application. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation power generating device comprises: a frame part 11; a weight part 12 provided within the frame part 11; a deflection part 13 connecting the frame part 11 with the weight part 12 and deflecting due to vibration of the weight part 12; and a power generation part 18 sequentially laminating a bottom electrode, a piezoelectric layer, and an upper electrode from a lower layer on one surface of the deflection part 13 so as to generate AC voltage according to the vibration of the weight part 12.
