SKIN CARE EXTERNAL PREPARATION COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care external preparation composition containing silver ion in a stable state, having excellent preservation stability, and not generating discoloration of the composition or a container when being used.

SOLUTION: In this skin care external preparation composition, silver ion water is blended, which is acquired by bringing an antibacterial resin containing soluble glass capable of eluting silver ion by having a contact with water and a synthetic resin into contact with water. The composition is preferably used jointly with a polyhydric alcohol. The composition contains a polyhydric alcohol such as a sugar alcohol.
