<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing pad excellent in air permeability, hardly getting stuffy, inexpensive, and easy to produce. <P>SOLUTION: This clothing pad is obtained by arranging between a male mold 51 and a female mold 55 of a heat press mold 50, a three-dimensional netlike frame polyurethane foam 10A in which unevenness is formed only on one surface 11A to be a human body side of the clothing pad, and recessed parts 13A in the uneven part are connected as a groove 15A, and from which a cell film is removed, and compressing a prescribed amount of the polyurethane foam 10A, while heating only a surface 11A formed with no unevenness in the polyurethane foam 10A by the mold surface of the heat press mold 50, to give a shape through plastic deformation to a mold surface shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
