<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile control system which has a low-cost structure and is capable of flexibly addressing to the detail of calculation processing required by controlled objects. <P>SOLUTION: A control system comprises: plural processors to each of which control on a corresponding predetermined control object is allocated and which perform calculation processing for the allocated control; one or more SIMD (Single Instruction/Multiple Data) calculation means; and distributed processing control means for allocating in a distributed manner a specified calculation processing to be performed by one of the plural processors, to the plural processors and the SIMD calculation means.
