PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented soybean paste jam is provided to reduce the unique salty taste and flavor of fermented soybean paste, and to secure the active ingredients of the fermented soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean paste jam comprises the following steps: adding herb tea water into the fermented soybean paste; heating a fructose mixture including starch syrup, white sugar, pectin, and apple concentrated juice, and inserting the fructose mixture into the fermented soybean paste; heating the fermented soybean paste before adding citric acid, and homogenizing the particles of the fermented soybean paste; inserting the homogenized fermented soybean paste into a container before sealing and sterilizing; and cooling and packaging the container. |
