PURPOSE: An electrode including nanowire array, an enzymatic biofuel cell including the same, and a transplantation apparatus including the same are provided to increase the reaction of enzyme by remarkably increasing the surface area of the electrode and to stably fix the enzyme without using an eletronic conductor. CONSTITUTION: An electrode includes a nanowire array containing an enzyme, a conductive polymer, and an electron medium. The electrode is used as an anode or a cathode. The conductive polymer is selected from a group comprising polypyrrole, polyacetylene, polyaniline, polythiophene, poly sulfur nitride, polyfluorene, poly(3-alkyl thiophenee), poly(tetrathiafulvalene), polynaphtalene, poly(p-phenylene sulfide), poly(para-phenylenevinylene), and their derivative.
