<p>The device (K) has an inner rotor (4) with an external tooth system that comprises a tooth shorter than an internal tooth system of an outer rotor (5), so that the inner rotor is rotated by the outer rotor. The outer and inner rotors are arranged in a coupling space (30), which is pressurized with fluid. A control device controls pressure of the fluid in the coupling space, so that torque transmission from a drive shaft (1) to an output shaft (12) is controlled.
