PURPOSE: A moisture-proof pipe cover is provided to prevent the pipe cover from being separated from a pipe by securely attaching a waterproof resin layer on a metal layer and a pipe insulator. CONSTITUTION: A moisture-proof pipe cover(30) comprises a metal layer(31), a waterproof resin layer(33), and first and second ethylene resin layers(34,35). The metal layer is composed of a metal sheet. The waterproof resin layer is composed of film-type synthetic resin and is arranged under the metal layer. The first and second ethylene resin layers are composed of polyethylene or ethylene polymer. The first ethylene resin layer is formed between the metal layer and the waterproof resin layer in a film shape. The second ethylene resin layer is formed under the waterproof resin layer in a film shape.
