<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the amount of data in a moving image for an image processor, an image processing method, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor has: a moving image acquisition section for acquiring a moving image including a moving image configuration image having an intra-coded region; an amount-of-change detection section for detecting the amount of change in the image between the moving image configuration image having the intra-coded region and other moving image configuration images; and a recompression section for compressing an image in the intra-coded region in the moving image configuration image by inter-coding for referring to other moving image configuration images when the amount of change is smaller than a preset value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
