PURPOSE: A method for recognizing a digital barcode in a moving picture is provided to selectively offer information related with the moving picture. CONSTITUTION: A dedicated application(110) of a user terminal a moving picture which includes a digital barcode in an arbitrary location and recognizes and reads the digital barcode through a frame image analysis. The dedicated application transfers barcode information and displays the digital barcode information on a screen. An authentication management server(200) offers the digital barcode information which is stored corresponding to the barcode intrinsic information to the dedicated application.
