PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT USING OF BULK HETEROJUNCTION LAYER, AND THEREOF MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric element which uses a huge hetero-junction layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a flexible device by manufacturing the thickness of the layer into several hundreds nm. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(20) is arranged on a substrate(10). A huge hetero-junction layer(30) is arranged with a mixture made by dissolving electron accept and donor materials as a solvent on the upper part of the lower electrode. An upper electrode(40) is arranged in the upper part the huge hetero-junction layer. The huge hetero-junction layer has a shape of polymer-polymer, polymer-monomer, or monomer- monomer. The solvent is selected from a group comprised of chloroform, chlorobenzene, di-chlorobenzene, tri-chlorobenzene, and mixture thereof.
