PURPOSE: A motion device for generating residual vibration and a control system thereof are provided to calculate vibration which occurs in a flexible structure, thereby checking a vibration frequency and an amplitude. CONSTITUTION: A linear driving unit(110) generates a linear motion component. A connection unit(120) is attached to the linear driving unit. The connection unit moves according to the linear motion component. A flexible structure(130) is attached to the connection unit. The flexible structure generates residual vibration by linear motion or attenuates residual vibration by a control technique. |
