MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BRAKE BOOSTER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing of brake booster is provided to reduce working time by rapidly combining multiple stud bolts on a rear shell using a calking method. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing of brake booster comprises next steps. A rear shell is molded with a press. Multiple bolt holes are simultaneously formed, and stud bolts are inserted in the blot hole in a bolt supply step(S10). The stud bolt installing to the rear shell is inserted into the rear shell(S20). The stud bolt is supplied to each bolt hole of the rear shell which automatically locates in the calking mold. The stud bolt inserted into the rear shell is calked and fixed on the rear shell(S30).
