PURPOSE: A cross section repairing method is provided to improve an insulation function and a reinforcing property. CONSTITUTION: A cross section repairing method is composed like next. A deterioration part of a concrete structure surface is removed by a chipping (S100). High pressure cleaning is operated in order to remove foreign materials and particles from the surface of a concrete structure(S200). The rust of a steel reinforcement, exposed from concrete structure is eliminated(S300). Cement mortar is covered on a chipped site in order to cover a cross section(S400). The water reducing agent is made from lignin sulfonate group, alkyl aryl sulfonic acid group, poly ethylene oxide, alkyl aryl ether group, oxy carboxylic acid group, melamine sulfonic acid group, poly carboxylic acid group, naphthalene sulfonate and amino liquor mountain group. The covered cement mortar is cured(S500).
