PURPOSE: A controller for a motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat dissipation by inserting a device and a conductive member into a through hole unit formed on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A controller for a motor includes a printed circuit board(30), a device installed on the printed circuit board, a heat radiation unit(50) installed on the printed circuit board, and a conductive member(70) between the device and the heat radiation unit. Electricity is applied to the printed circuit board through a first connector(19a) and a second connector(19b). Heat from the device is discharged through the heat radiation unit. Heat is transmitted from the device to the heat radiation unit along the conductive member. A support unit which receives a plurality of components is formed in the case. The support unit includes a plurality of fixing units.
