The method involves depositing minimal quantity of adhesive with a hardener on an upper face of a panel, and mixing specific quantity of non cellulose or dyed resin with the hardener and an releasing agent by a roller. A decorative protective film is formed. The panel is hot-pressed to perform fixation heat treatment by polymerization on two faces simultaneously with a thermocompression treatment at a temperature between 130 and 180 degree Celsius and with pressure between 2.5 and 4.5 MPa during 6 to 30 second. The non cellulose or dyed resin is mixed with filament, fiber or powder.
