<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of stably making delicious bread from grains. <P>SOLUTION: A grain bread-making course carried out by a control unit of the automatic bread maker 1 includes: a grinding step for grinding a mixture of grains with a liquid in a bread container by a grinding unit; a kneading step for kneading bread ingredients in the container, which includes the ground four from the grains, by a kneading unit to make a dough; a fermentation step for fermenting the kneaded dough; and a baking step for baking the fermented dough.
