A device for pulse cleaning and decontamination of the surfaces of articles comprises a solid-state laser with high-frequency scanning light beam, a head with a nozzle to give supersonic rotational motion to aerosol flow, actuators for vertical double-sided movement of sliders. The sliders with a resonator and the head with nozzle have linear and circular double-sided drives. A coordinate table has two screw drives from stepper motors.
