The decoupled drive pulley has an annular element (2) which is rotatably connected with a rotational axis (20) of a rotating shaft (31). Another annular element (3) is provided which is coupled at the former annular element by an elastic clutch (4) so that a relative movement of the two elements in circumferential direction is possible. The drive pulley has a third annular element (5) which is coupled to the latter annular element by another elastic clutch (6) so that a relative movement of the third annular element and the latter annular element in circumferential direction is possible. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for transferring of force with decoupled drive pulley; and (2) a method for manufacturing a decoupled drive pulley.
