WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND WORK MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system and a work management method capable of measuring real man-hour separately from the other time.

SOLUTION: Gate devices 55 A to 55 K are installed on gates or the like of respective working areas 5 A to 5 E. A first work step for inputting start or restart of work and a second work step for inputting completion or interruption of the work are displayed by using a portable terminal 41 having a photographing means, and a photographing image of a corresponding component of a product 43 and time information of the photographing are acquired as real man-hour time information. The gate device 55 acquires time information when a worker 51 or the like detects an RFID tag 52 as entry/exit time information and measures the real man-hour and preparation/cleaning-up time separately from each other before and after the real man-hour based on the entry/exit time information and the time information of the real man-hour.
