<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of easily updating issuance information without directly receiving information from reissuing means for reissuing a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: Each information collecting terminal 20 transmits record information on a read ID card C to an information management device 30. Moreover, the information management device 30 stores therein the number of issuances as issuance information in association with an identification number on the basis of the received record information. Then, if the number of issuances in the received record information is greater than the number of issuances corresponding to the same identification information in the stored issuance information, the information management device 30 updates the issuance information such that the number of issuances in the issuance information becomes equal to the received number of issuances, and transmits the updated issuance information to each information collecting terminal 20. Then, each information collecting terminal 20 makes a notification if the number of issuances in the record information is less than the number of issuances corresponding to the same identification information in the received and stored issuance information when the record information on the ID card C is read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
