<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring connector that has a barrier that functions as an electromagnetic shield and that can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The spring connector comprises: a columnar member that consists of an electrically insulating material and has a hollow portion; a first conductive film covering a part of at least a surface of the hollow portion and a bottom of the columnar member; and a second conductive film covering at least a part of portions not covered by the first conductive film among outside surfaces of the columnar member and a part of portions not covered by the first conductive member among bottoms of the columnar member.
