<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for measuring and feeding a certain volume of liquid such as a liquid sterilizing agent from a container into a vaporizer. <P>SOLUTION: An operation method of the feeding apparatus comprises a step of sensing the necessity of an additional liquid sterilizing agent, a step of determining whether the sterilizing agent is available, and a step of feeding the liquid sterilizing agent from a container into an accumulator. Further, a method for measuring and feeding a liquid sterilizing agent into a vaporizer comprises a step of evacuating a chamber connecting to the vaporizer, and a step of feeding the liquid sterilizing agent to the evaporator while continually sensing the feed flow. The measuring apparatus enhances evaporation efficiency of the liquid sterilizing agent and enables accurate sensing of a gas-liquid interface by maintaining a controlled moderate flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
