摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining control apparatus which cools a machining point directly by the penetration and ejection of low-temperature coolant gas or a high-pressure liquid coolant from the inside of the center of a machining tool (grinding wheel, polishing buff, etc.) to the outer peripheral surface, and guides the coolant gas or the high-pressure liquid coolant so as to be efficiently concentrated and ejected on the machining point. <P>SOLUTION: The machining control apparatus 100 includes: a machining means 10 such as a permeable bubble-like grinding wheel 10A or an electrodeposition grinding wheel 10B and a polishing buff 10C having a ventilation circuit/permeation circuit J in the base metal part 10X; a cool gas supplying member LK for supplying the coolant gas K1 from through-holes 4A which are formed at the center of a rotating shaft of the machining means to the machining point P at the outer peripheral edge with the gas penetrating the machining means; and a cylindrical cover body 20 having an opening 20Z which surrounds the machining means and guides the coolant gas K1 ejected from the outer peripheral edge so as to be concentrated on the machining point P on the surface to be ground of a work W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
