METHOD OF ACCELERATED MOLDING ARTICLES WITH SHAPE MEMORY EFFECT BASED ON EPOXY COMPOSITIONS OF EPOXY POLYMERS USING ULTRASOUND

摘要

A method of accelerated molding articles with a shape memory effect based on compositions of epoxy polymers with the use of ultrasound includes ultrasonic treatment of liquid compositions of epoxy polymers and subsequent measurement of overall duration of obtaining fully hardened articles with a shape memory effect on their base. Then the ultrasonic treatment of a resin part of composition is carried out prior to mixing thereof with a hardener simultaneously with low and middle ranges both at normal and excessive static pressure.
